Privacy Notice
This notice explains how GamesTik ES handles information when you sign in and join the launch list.
Information collected
We collect the verified email address and basic account identity returned by the sign-in provider you choose (Google, Microsoft or Apple), your TikTok username, country, consent record, signup time and limited security information needed to prevent abuse. GamesTik ES never receives your provider password.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate you, maintain the launch list, send the requested confirmation and launch news, provide support, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. Data is processed through Cloudflare infrastructure and Brevo email delivery. It is not sold.
Legal bases and international visitors
Launch emails are sent with your consent. Security and service administration are based on legitimate operational needs. If you are in the EEA or United Kingdom, you may withdraw consent and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, subject to applicable law. California residents may request access, correction or deletion and information about covered data practices. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.
Your choices
Use the unsubscribe link in any launch email or contact p.lcontatoprofissional@gmail.com to withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion. We retain launch-list information until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or it is no longer needed for the stated launch purpose, unless law requires longer retention.
Children
The launch list is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit information if you are under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without required parental authorization, we will delete it.
Security and changes
We use access controls, secure cookies and service-side storage designed to protect account and signup information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Material changes to this notice will be dated and posted here.
